Fortnightly bin collection

Fortnightly bin collection for all on the IOM. Bring in compulsory recycling with collection. Stop the reliance on the incinerator and renegotiate contracts with operators. generate income through selling waste.

    Fortnightly collections works very well in NPRCB area. If you need an additional bin, you can buy one. Recycling is more economic using 'bring banks' rather house to house collections

    Not a good idea.
    1. IOM Gov does not run refuse wagons - so no saving here.
    2. We have spent millions for the incinerator - reducing its usage is a waste of that investment
    3 The incinerator turns waste into electricity - which is sold to MEA
    4 collecting waste, transporting to UK for recycling plants is massively expensive in environment and cost issues.
    Transporting waste my to UK that we can burn is a farce.

    Bad idea - increases smells and rat problem, as found in places in UK where that happens.
