Digital inclusion

The Isle of Man is responsible in the British-Irish Council for digital inclusion and has been so for many years.

What has been achieved? What recommendations have been made? What recommendations have been implemented? What costs have been incurred?

Why the contribution is important

If worthwhile progress has been made it should be communicated to taxpayers.

If no worthwhile progress has been made then why spend taxpayer money on this?

It is one of those areas that gets an occasional mention when the Council meets. It is also one of those areas whose benefits seem to be invisible to taxpayers.

Should we be saving money on this?
