Better Enforced Commissioner/Council Housing

Commissioner/Council Housing stock is being subsidised by the taxpayer.  Rental contracts and rental rates need to be better enforced.  Sustainable and even growing the number of quality housing requires rents to be put on a sustainable basis.

The cost of housing maintenance and upkeep and the depreciation and replacement costs should form part of the sustainable rent agreement. Further rules pertaining to sub-letting and second property ownerships needs to be enforced and seen to be enforced.
