Be careful what you wish for

Do you want speed cameras everywhere?

Do you want unexpected fines in the post because your speed crept up to 52mph on the St Johns to Peel road?

Do you want the points on your licence?

Do you want your insurance premium to increase massively because your speed might have crept up 10% +2mph over the “limit”?

Do you want to be driving everywhere watching your speedo instead of the road ahead and our beautiful countryside?

Do you know how SPECS cameras work?

Be careful what you wish for, think before you shout about speed limits. Enjoy our Island, YOUR island, for what it is. We are unique, we are Manx.

Simple stick to the speed limit within the 10% allowance and you will not be fined! Been to Cornwall on holiday every year for the past 40 years with speed cameras in every town and not be fined once!
