    They are not only frightened of criticism, but are also frightened to manage and criticise workers and keep the work force working at their best level.

    There is evidence of 'Defensiveness' in some of the responses to the range of suggestions.
    Many are not criticisms, simply suggesting 'there may be a better way'!

    They go to extreme lengths to hide the truth.When we do hear the facts,we know management are liars and are responsible for preventing proper investigations into serious mistakes and payments of compensation to help put things right.Mind you,if every mistake got a payout,there'd be no money left after 3 months.But, it's the failure to admit the truth which results in a gross erosion of trust and confidence across the service,the public,and service reviewers.If only we had some sort of a independant regulatory body from the UK under whom we could work? One we can't bribe possibly.
