Lack of effective communication

Whilst this is an island wide problem between the Government and the population it serves, it is clear that the lack of communication also applies to the DHSC.  There should thus be regular (preferably weekly) person to person meetings involving all parties between the DHSC's senior civil servants and representatives of the Island's GP practices - as opposed to one way emails and online communication from the top"offices" down.  At Nobles this would involve meetings between the DHSC CEO's office and the heads of each individual department.

Why the contribution is important

This would aid communication between medical and non medical personnel to better reflect and relate to the Island's medical needs.
